If you would like to add yourself to CDC’s National Prevention Information Network (NPIN), please visit: https://npin.cdc.gov/organization/submit. Once approved, your submitted information will populate on their website as well as www.pleaseprepme.org, a nationally recognized resource that assists people with finding a PrEP Provider. Please note that inclusion in the directory is voluntary and does not confer any endorsement by the County of Los Angeles, nor does it establish County credentialing or certification in a medical specialty. If you would like training or PrEP technical assistance from DHSP to integrate this service into your practice, please contact eheinitiative@ph.lacounty.gov or prepinfo@ph.lacounty.gov.

- PrEP Centers of Excellence – Information for Providers – If your patient lives in LA County and makes < 500% of the federal poverty level, they may be eligible for PrEP at one of our PrEP Centers of Excellence for low to no cost.
